OBJECTIVE Create a Five Star Golf and Beach Resort at an idyllic place on the West Coast of Portugal. A luxurious resort destination of international quality and repute, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and the Sizandro river estuary.
PROPOSAL The Sizandro Village Resort is a five star resort project, situated approximately one hour drive North West of Lisbon, on the west Coast of Portugal, located in an idyllic site with a sublime south westerly view of the Sizandro river estuary and the Atlantic Ocean.
The development covers an area of 150 ha and is divided into four main areas; Surrounded by the 18 holes Golf Course, the Hotel and the tourist thematic villages - Green Park Village, Sport Village and Garden village.
The heart of the resort is its 386 key five star Conference, Spa and Golf Resort Hotel, that will be a blend of modern luxury with Portuguese tradition.
The Hotel, the residential units, spa, beach,golf and sport facilities are carefully integrated within the existing landscape with a sustainable master plan that establishes a genuine sense of place.
