OBJECTIVE Build a new concept of Lifestyle Community Village inspired by its natural and green landscape and its beautiful and culturally rich town, Figueiró dos Vinhos, under the theme - Nature & Art.
PROPOSAL The Masterplan program is defined on two main areas, Residential and Community zones. Within the community center, the sport facilities and services area will be crowned by a sculpture garden and the “Maison d’artist”, a cultural space for exhibitions and workshops. The recreational facilities are located at the centre point of the development and creating a public space with a genuine Portuguese atmosphere, great gastronomy and great views. The sport facilities includes a Spa and a Health club among the usual facilities, like the pool, a tennis court or the gymnasium. Evolving the community center, the residential zone consists of a limited number of luxury villas, townhouses and thematic facilities. Small lakes and streams have been introduced to provide natural focus and calming atmosphere sound to the site and emphasising the “spirit” of neighbourhood, a sense of place and belonging. The landscape design will be appropriately introduced to blend witch the nature of the land. Natural areas will be protected and maintained to provide the local character.
